If you upload, submit, or share custom logos, vector files, taglines, quotes, or personal designs for personalized product printing on SipsSwag:

• • You warrant that you own the absolute legal rights, trademarks, or copyrights to that content. SipsSwag holds zero responsibility or liability for intellectual property or copyright violations on images/text provided by customers.
• • We reserve the right to reject any custom orders containing profane, offensive, defamatory, politically sensitive, or unlawful designs.

5. Payment, Shipping & Logistics

All online payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways. SipsSwag does not store or collect your credit/debit card details or internet banking credentials.

6. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Because SipsSwag features specialized, customized, and personalized products alongside standard inventory, the following distinct rules apply:

• • Customized Products: Orders for custom-printed drinkware, engraved items, or tailor-made merchandise cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the production process begins. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product arrives physically damaged or possesses a clear manufacturing defect.
• • Standard Products: Non-customized, standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are completely unused, unwashed, and retained in their original packaging with tags intact.
• • Damaged Shipments & Claims: If your package arrives damaged, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Submitting an unedited unboxing video or high-resolution photographic proof is mandatory to process a free replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SipsSwag, its founders, directors, affiliates, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or website. Our maximum aggregate liability for any transaction or dispute is strictly limited to the exact monetary amount paid by the customer for that specific product order.
