Please note that all Sips & Swag water products are exclusively packaged and delivered in our premium, high-grade, 100% recyclable 20L JARS to maintain the highest standards of safety, mobility, and artistic quality during rapid transit.

We apply distinct tiers of logistics to manage speed and heavy weight effectively without compromising your package condition:

• Retail Deliveries (Single/Packs): Managed by our high-speed hyper-local delivery fleet and synchronized on-demand courier units.
• Bulk Freight Deliveries (Pallets): Distributed via commercial Freight Carriers (LTL - Less Than Truckload) or local heavy-duty vehicles optimized to deploy bulk pallet structures safely.
• Liftgate Services: If your commercial or institutional drop-off point lacks a dedicated loading dock, please check the "Liftgate Service Required" box during checkout so our truck arriving on-site is equipped with hydraulic lifting tools.

• Single 20L JARs & Multi-Packs: Final delivery fees are live-calculated at your checkout page based on distance from our nearest regional hub and your selected instant or time-slot priority.
• Bulk Freight Pallets: System rates are evaluated dynamically depending on total pallet weight, volumetric cubic footprint, geographic distance, and urgency variables (Same-Day Express vs. Standard Planned Future Date). Complete cost breakdowns are shown directly at checkout or fully itemized inside custom corporate invoice quotes.

• For Retail Orders: As soon as your rider departs our hub, a secure real-time map link is shared via SMS and Email, allowing you to watch the delivery move to your location live.
• For Bulk Orders: For scheduled or immediate local pallet drops, our corporate logistics desk provides text-based or direct call notifications. Long-range multi-state freight shipments include a verified Bill of Lading (BOL) and standard freight carrier reference tracking IDs.

Our 20L JARs pass intensive automated quality assurance routines before dispatch. In the rare event of transit complications, we offer rapid correction paths:

• Retail Transit Claims: If your single 20L JAR or pack arrives with puncture or structural damage, inform your delivery rider right away or send clear photos to our instant support line within 2 hours of receipt for a replacement.
• Bulk Freight Transit Claims: You are legally required to verify the integrity of the pallet wrap and crates before signing the truck driver's Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible leakage, structural crushing, or product count discrepancy must be clearly written directly onto the BOL paper (e.g., "3 JARs damaged in transit"). Submit photos to our logistics team within 48 hours to authorize full immediate replacement routing.

Crucial Notice on Redelivery & Access: Sips & Swag is not liable for structural delivery failures resulting from incorrect address logs submitted at checkout. For bulk pallet deliveries, if our freight carrier must execute a forced redelivery attempt because no authorized receiving agent was present during your selected custom time slot, additional carrier redelivery surcharges will be applied to the client's account.
